Kewt Kids uses PayPal to process all payments; however, a PayPal account is not required to complete a purchase. PayPal gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments without a registered account. Customers that prefer to use a PayPal account for checkout may also do so. Shipping
Many of Kewt Kids products are made to order. Please allow an extra 4-8 days for made to order products to be fulfilled plus 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. In stock merchandise will be received sooner. All items in one order will ship together.
We use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping and we ship anywhere in the world. Smaller items that can be mailed as a light packet or as regular mail do not receive a tracking number or insurance. Tracking numbers are available for larger orders that are shipped as a parcel. Please send any requests for tracking numbers to sales@kewtkids.com. To track your package online visit www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301. When shipping outside of Canada extra shipping charges may apply and we cannot be responsible for any extra duties or taxes that may incur on arrival. Please be aware of your countries import laws and regulations.

Shipping of items under $10 will now be done at a lower rate.
Within Canada is $2.00, to the USA is $3.00 and Internationally is $4.00
We do our best to combine shipping charges whenever possible. If shipping is overcharged by more than $4 we will refund that amount to you in the form of a shop credit.
Any orders over $150.00 before taxes will qualify for free shipping (applies to Canada and US orders only)!
Returns
If you wish to return any item, we will accept returns within 14 days. This applies to all items in their original unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please send items back to the return address on your invoice. Sorry, but shipping charges can not be refunded. If there is a flaw in the item or if the size is wrong, it can be exchanged within 14 days. Please email if you have any questions or concerns.

Merchandise returns based on manufacturing flaws or shipping errors will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods for replacement, exchange, or refund including shipping costs. All other returns may be granted exchange or credit, less shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in original packaging, in salable condition, and accompanied by a return authorization issued by Kewt Kids. Please note, merchandise returns will not be processed unless a return authorization has been issued.
Kewt Kids products are individually handcrafted and therefore the items you receive may not be exactly as pictured. Pattern placement is not guaranteed to be the same as seen in photos. Merchandise sizing is based on approximation and may vary slightly. Returns based on the previous mentioned reasons will not be granted.
All sale item purchases are final.
Kewt Kids does not process merchandise returns purchased through independent retailers.
Privacy
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Kewt Kids website. Our site includes forms that require users to provide contact information (such as your name), unique identifiers (such as your email address), and demographic information (such as your zip code). We will never disclose or sell your personally identifiable information through our website to any third party.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
